VENUES: Currently, I work exclusively with venues owned and operated by Moonpie Promotions. I will not take on permanent promoter positions at any other venues at this time.

OTHER EVENTS: I am available for hire to promote special events, parties, weddings, tours and festivals as long as they do not conflict with existing committments.

FLYERS: I also take individual commissions to make flyers for events and venues on an ad hoc basis. (Flyer only, no additional promotion services included.)

PAYMENT: is due on or before the date of the event. For weekly venue positions, payment must be received at least once per month.

GENERAL EVENTS: Prices start at 1m/Gil per event/flyer, and depend on the complexity of the job. (Average cost for the full advertising package for an event ranges from 2m - 10m Gil.) $USD payment options may be discussed.

COMMUNITY EVENTS: Services for volunteer-staffed community events such as fundraisers and festivals will be provided pro-bono.

NON-FFXIV PERFORMERS: For events that involve non-FFXIV performers (aka IRL DJs and producers or Twitch-only DJs) I may choose to negotiate for payment in USD instead of in-game currency, especially if the performers or event organizers stand to recieve material benefit from participating in the event.

NON-FFXIV EVENTS: Promotion for events that involve non-FFXIV locations (ie. IRL events or venues in other games such as PSO2, Second Life, VR Chat, GTA V Online etc.) will be billed in USD or equivalent. No exceptions.

When hired for an event (or on an ongoing basis at a venue), I work with management to develop a branding strategy unique to the venue/event, including color schemes, flyer art and ad writing styles, mood/vibe creation and event names and themes.

Written ads contain all pertinent info for the venue/event, and may contain the following, customized per venue needs: hype/DJ text, RP scenes, lyrical flavor text, emojis, etc.

Depending on style, flyers may contain GPOSES, art licenced through Adobe Stock, DJ/Venue logos and more.

Venues are responsible for providing Discord/Carrd/DJ links as well as transparent PNG logos for the venue and any performers or collaborators.

I have access to 50+ FFXIV Discord servers with advertising permissions in most. I can canvas your event in the appropriate servers for an additional fee for my time.

All events I participate in must be inclusive, LGBTQIA+ friendly and 18+ if "services" are offered.

I will not work with venues or performers who are known for participating in harassment, bullying, bigotry or other unethical behaviors that are harmful to the community.

I do not endorse any scene drama or feuds and prefer to keep the personal separate from the professional.

I do not support RMT and will not advertise for events with giveaways/promotions that are obviously funded by RMT.
